Coaching Apporach

When people hear the phrase Life Coach, people often think that I am going to teach you how to do Life. People think that I am going to have a prescribed method. I am going to tell you what to do and all you have to do is follow it and everything will be ok. Nope! That’s not what I am here to do. That’s not my approach. 

 

There is no way I can teach you how to live your life. Your life is your own. You are whole. You are resourceful. You are complete. You have your own way of doing things. You have your own nature.  You have your own history and your own culture. Everyone is unique and for me to tell you what you should do, would not sit right with me. As a coach, I believe I am here to help you facilitate your own growth, your own self directed learning. I’m here to help shine a light on your past experiences to see what learning lessons were hidden there. To help paint a clearer picture of what’s holding you back and where you would like to go.
